Customer Service Team

I have a 13 year military career as a US Air Force Communications Squadron Airman as well as currently serving as an Army National Guard Military Intelligence Officer. I have more than 6 years of experience as an IT professional working with a variety of computer hardware and software. Throughout my career I’ve had various customer service experiences; I love concluding a customer interaction where they are smiling and happy. I’m a problem solver, a self-learner and a leader, which means I don’t wait for someone else to do a job I am capable of figuring out and resolving myself, but I also cooperate with others to meet objectives.
