CAIRS is a Unified Communications Management (UCM) solution that offers a full suite of software modules. These modules streamline the operation and management (O&M) of your telecommunications infrastructure.
The challenges of shrinking revenue, budget reductions, and hiring freezes make streamlining telecommunications O&M a necessity. CAIRS meets those challenges with a single Microsoft SQL server database that offer the following:
  • Ease of use
  • Data integrity
  • Accurate reporting
  • Integration to the telecommunications
  • Switching network
  • Real-time updates to the switch and database
  • Streamlined day-to-day O&M with the CAIRS single point of entry system
CAIRS provides a single integrated system that allows personnel to manage telecommunications assets. Additionally the system provides reporting capability at every module and allows the export of data for use in other systems your organization may interface with.
