CAIRS is a Unified Communications Management (UCM) solution that offers a full suite of software modules. These modules streamline the operation and management (O&M) of your telecommunications infrastructure.
The challenges of shrinking revenue, budget reductions and hiring freezes makes streamlining telecommunications O&M a necessity. Cairs.net meets those challenges with a single Microsoft SQL server database that offers:

– ease of use
– data integrity
accurate reporting
integration to the telecommunications
switching network

real time updates to the switch and database
streamlined day-to-day O&M with the cairs.net
single point of entry system

CAIRS provides a single integrated system that allows personnel to manage telecommunications assets. Additionally the system provides reporting capability at every module and allows the export of data for use in other systems your organization may interface with.

Morale Call and Auto Attendant Manager (MCM) allows callers to be automatically transferred to an extension or make Morale calls without the intervention of an operator. Through MCM, deployed soldiers can make morale calls 24/7 without live operators enforcing Morale call policies.

  • Eliminates the need for directory assistance operators
  • Allows callers to dial into a MCM server and place calls based on PIN (specific access without a PIN is also permitted depending upon user privileges and settings)
  • Verifies caller permission to make calls
  • Executes and connects morale calls
  • Tracks time and frequency of morale calls
  • Notifies both parties of the impending time limit with a voice message (voice messages can be edited by administrators)
  • Disconnects calls once designated time has expired

New Key Features:

  • Text to Speech Generator
  • T1/Digital PRI Connectivity
  • Phone Tree/Attendant
  • Administration free PIN management
  • Windows Server 2012
  • Enhanced reporting
  • Web Browser Interface
  • Web Portal for PIN generation
  • Manage PIN by Group
  • CAC or Windows Authentication

Other MCM Features:

  • Use the Phone Tree/Attendant Option to connect to different extensions such as security office
  • Use the Directory Assistance to dial on-base personnel by first or last name

911 Interface.fw
The 911 interface allows you to format the CAIRS directory data into a NENA2 or CSV file format to be shared with other E911 systems. Directory information is entered into cairs.net eliminating the need to enter the data into two different systems. The Scheduler automatically creates the file daily, no need to worry about manually creating the file.

– Provides ALI data to E911 Systems
– Format CAIRS directory data into a NENA2 format
– NENA2 format can be shared to most E911 systems
– Maintain a single directory database eliminating dual entry
– Select certain number plans to include in the interface
– Map CAIRS fields to the appropriate NENA fields
– Create multiple interfaces
– Scheduler will run interface daily, eliminating manual file creation
– In addition to NENA2, you can generate data into a CSV file
